Which channel for what

Phone, during store hours — stock questions, availability, product details, and anything urgent about an order already on its way. Someone from the shop will be available to help.

Email, any time — returns and exchanges, an order that needs looking up, a wrong or damaged item, or a question you would like answered in writing. Include your order number and, if something arrived wrong, a photograph; it helps us resolve the issue faster.

In person — browsing, checking product availability, exchanging an item, and anything easier to settle at the counter than through several messages. Directions are on the map below.
